Villa Manetti (official website www.vacanzesardegna.org) is divided into four apartments (three of these apartments are used as holiday home. At the First Floor there are a 3 rooms apartment ("Trivano") and a 2 rooms apartment ("Bivano"); at the second floor there is another 2 rooms apartment). The villa also have a detached Dependance at the ground floor which is used as holiday home too. All apartments are tastefully furnished, decorated with the paintings made by the owner. The villa is also equipped with a shared laundry area with washing machines. In  the shared garden of 900 sqm you will find two areas for barbecue (equipped and availables for guests) and a lot of different types of plants, trees and flowers, such as olive trees, oleanders, hibiscus, magnolia, figs, oranges.

The Apartment on the Second Floor is a 2 rooms apartment; it has an area of about 40 square meters and it can accommodate 2/4 people. The bedroom has a double bed and two sofa beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and digital terrestrial TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment has a large terrace (20 sqm) equipped with table and chairs; it has a view over the Tuttavista Mountain. The house is furnished comfortably and is decorated with paintings made by the owner.
